This Sauvignon from Friuli Isonzo is intense, warming and fresh on the palate. Tropical fruit – banana and pineapple – comes through, with hints of green pepper and tomato leaf and a finish of mint and wild rosemary. A great match for seafood, cheese dishes, risotto, white meat and asparagus.
